刘蓓琳，博士，副教授。主要教授研究生和本科生的《电子商务系统规划与设计》、《信息系统工程》等课程。近年来发表科研论文二十余篇，其中核心期刊、EI收录13篇，出版专著《基于主客观的城市低碳经济评价研究》一部，出版教材《电子商务业务处理技术》、《网络营销》、《电子商务实验指导》三部，主持和参与教育部人文社科基金一项、国家自科基金两项、校级教改项目两项，多次带学生参加学科竞赛获得国家级一等奖和北京市二、三等奖，指导学生毕业论文连续两年获校级优秀，参加北京工商大学青年教师教学基本功比赛，获最佳教案奖。
